Finally got serious about getting a 72 hour kit together for our family. I decided to spread out the cost and do 1 day each shopping trip. I found this menu at prepared housewives.com and based my plan of of it.
I piled them all inside these backpacks and added items like first aid kit and duct tape and camp blankets. Yay for being somewhat prepared. :)
