Mother's Day and What to do when the baby climbs out of her crib.

Kiddo artwork
My Mother's Day gifts. I should have taken pictures of the pretty hanging flower pots and bushes I got for the backyard too. They look great!

So Olivia kept climbing out of her crib. It was not unusual to find her like this at night. And nap time I often just tucked her into Bella's bed. It's time. . . time for. . .
a bunk bed!

You can barely see her behind the bank but Olivia is indeed climbing the ladder. She has climbed up several times since. Not much to do but let her be a monkey.

Last Day of School

The last day of school Jaden had an awards assembly

He was awarded a certificate for perfect attendance for the last quarter and for the year! He was the only first grader with perfect yearly attendance. :)
Jaden has really grown over the year. He has loved first grade and Mrs. Dance has been a wonderful teacher. Mrs. Wheeler his student teacher has also been so great. Jaden's math and reading skills have skyrocketed. Socially he's done great as well. He's never been shy and has learned that if he doesn't want to play what his friends are playing at recess he can find some other friends to play with. I'm so proud of all he's accomplished this year.

Lagoon!

Jerry and Natalie invited us to go to Lagoon with them. We in turn invited My mom and dad and Cory. The weather was great and the lines were empty in the morning. We loved it!

Bella was a little scared to go on some of the rides. Jaden loved the rollercoasters he was the perfect height and could go on the kiddi rides and a lot of the bigger ones too. Olivia loved everything she was able to go on.
This is the look I got when I told her she was in trouble for taking her shoes off.

Hee those are some Jaden hands there by Grandpa.
I told Jaden to show me how much he liked it

Bella's response to the same question.

It rained for just a bit and luckily Grandma had jackets on hand cause we didn't. :)

Boy she wishes she could ride with the other kids. However I don't trust her to sit without an adult with her.

Game face on. This battle just got serious!

Jaden was a little nervous on the sky ride. He thought the view was pretty cool though

This is what happens when the stroller is in front and everyone else is behind. 'What's goin' on back there guys?' She actually fell asleep like this. LOL
Rattle Sanke Rapids! Time to get wet!

 What's Grandma protecting Bella from?
 Oh a Waterfall!! :)
The kids liked the dragon so much we went again.

 Train ride!

Grandpa convinced the kids that they could walk through the center of the arch and not get wet.

It worked out fine until Daddy stuck his hand in the stream and soaked them right at the end.

The kids were surprisingly well behaved. With Bella just starting to melt down at the end. She was pretty worn out from all the fun. It really was a blast! Thanks Jerry and Natalie and KayAnne and of course Grandma and Grandpa and Cory! We loved it!!
