Trip to Boise

After our previous trip to Boise we had decided to go back this summer to go to the huge water park they have. 

First we stopped by Shoshone Falls again. More of a falls than our last visit.

 The kids were decidedly unimpressed. *shrug*

 Of course the first thing we had to do was play in the hotel pool. After swim lessons the kids had a better idea how to swim, but Daddy taught Jaden how to doggy paddle all the way across the big pool.

 Wonder how you fit 5 people in one hotel room with 2 beds. Here's how. :) Took awhile but they did finally all settle down in the same bed.

Sunday we got to spend some time with our friends.

I wish I had gotten a picture of the big hug Bella and Mity gave each other when they first saw each other. :)

Monday we went to the Water Park with Debbie and The the Moulton's. Jaden loved all the slides. He could go on about half of them which was about 6 or so slides that he did over and over again. Bella was a bit nervous at first but warmed up to playing with a tube in the kiddy area. Olivia loved the little squirt fountains in the kid area. All the kids did great and we had such a fun time! We're so glad Debbie could come and have fun (ehem interpret help babysit) with us. :)

July This n That

July 1st was Ryan's 31st birthday. We made him this yummy candy bar bouquet.

 He also got Plants Vs. Zombies Garden warfare which we have all enjoyed a great deal and Jaden really wanted to get him Nissan GTR but sadly we couldn't find one and got him an Aston Martin instead. Of the Hotwheels variety of course. :)

Every week we've been having a picnic at the park. 

 This little monkey thinks she's soooo big!

We also had Story Time in the park

 The theme this year was Science and the librarians looked great dressed up as mad scientists.

 At the library they've had fun activities to do to go along with the theme.

Being a busy kid is exhausting. Sometimes you gotta just curl up on the couch for a nap. :)
