A somewhat impromptu family reunion at Bear Lake! A lot of the Potter's went camping overnight, of course I was not up for such rough treatment at the moment, and Cory doesn't camp well either so we came up Sat. as did my Dad and Cory for some beach fun.
The water was really fairly warm and shallow for a long ways out. However the lapping miniwaves made Jaden a bit nervous

Bella rather enjoyed it out a bit deeper. Of course that was only allowed with parental hand holding.
Jaden still enjoyed the water, just closer to shore.

Look out there, it's a whale! Oh wait no that's just me. Yeah don't look too close. Pretty sure I won't be winning any pregnant lady swim suit contests any time soon.
Some of the older cousins found these darling frogs and made a little makeshift home for them for a bit.
Bella was VERY interested.
And even helped with the construction.
The frogs kept the kiddos busy for awhile. While some of us older folk moved the chillin' to the water.
Even Cory made it out there.
The beach was so much fun. We also had some yummy dutch oven food and a great time chatting with my relatives. I even took a short spin out on the Jet Ski with Ryan. We may have to try coming out to Bear Lake again sometime.
