Feb Fun!

Jaden did a book report on one of his many Minecraft Novels.
Along with his book report he drew 3 pictures for it.
This one is of the characters mining diamonds.
This is them in the village fighting zombies.
And this is them at the Sun Pyramid.

I asked Lincoln if he was getting into the girls' room again. He said he was framed. :)

Bella entered the school art show.
She was awarded some neon crayons and a Rupe's ice cream. Lincoln liked clapping. :)
This is what she made for it. All by herself. She actually made it twice because the first time Lincoln got it and tore it apart. :/

Olivia in her adorable Minnie Mouse dress Grandma Potter got her for Christmas.

This kid is getting way too tall. It appears he can now grab the wipes off the changing table while in his crib. Doh.
Clearly he's super sorry about it too.
Bella took Lincoln on a ride in her shopping cart. How much for that adorable boy?
Friday nights are now blanket fort sleepover in the front room night. It appears Jaden gave up on the blanket fort.

Bella too, though she wanted to show off her new Bunny Grandma Potter made. Shh she's "sleeping"

A little heart  for Valentine's Day.
My 9:00 dance class after the Valentine's party. For some reason I forgot to take a picture of our second class.

Lincoln loves int when we wash sheets. All the fluffy blankets are on the floor for him to play in.
 Everything is a necklace!

Valentine Photoshoot

My Valentine to myself again this year is photos with my children. I find I'm so often behind the camera that there's now pictures showing me having fun, but believe me I do! I love playing and enjoying my time with these beautiful kiddos.

Olivia is 3 and she has really started her defiant side. Sometimes she is VERY independent and sometimes she wants to be taken care of like a baby again. No matter what she is adorable. She looks at ya with those blue eyes and that darling smile and says "I love you Mommy." and all is right in the world.

Bella is 6 and loves kindergarten. She's getting so grown up! What a beautiful young lady. I love when she is in a helpful mood and does so much cleaning and organizing. Course other times it takes her 30 min. to pick up her coat and shoes. ;) When this girl is happy she positively shines!

Jaden is 8 and is ruling the 3rd grade. He's excelled in all subjects except handwriting. This lefty is in too much of a hurry to worry about nice letters. Much like his father. Jaden has many friends, he's quite the class clown and the other kids find him hilarious (I don't always understand 3rd grade humor myself. *shrug*). He also has several "girlfriends" that he likes to play with. Sometimes he feels a bit picked on as the big brother, but I can always depend on this handsome boy.

Smile for the camera? OK Mom! I don't think I've ever met such a cheerful smiley little one. Lincoln is now 13 months old. This kid makes my heart happy. He can defuse a bad situation in seconds. Example: Jaden and Bella will be yelling at each other and Lincoln will imitate their yelling words, everyone breaks down laughing, including Lincoln which of course makes us all laugh more.
Sadly he's already started pushing me away when I try to cuddle him sometimes, I will be sneaking squeezes and smooches on this kid the rest of my life. I can't resist. Look at that face!

Bella was good enough to get me this picture with my very first Valentine. He never seems to mind my hugs and kisses, I'll just have to keep him forever! Love my Ryan.
All my little Valentine's together. love love LOVE them all soo much! Not to break the mood, but if you're wondering how we got such beautiful natural smiles in this picture, Ryan had a toy horse and was pretending it was pooping on my head. I may not get 3rd grade humor all the time, but clearly Daddy does.  :P

Valentines!

Both Jaden and Bella had "SO MUCH FUN" at their Valentine parties today. Jaden got a special valentine from a boy that told Jaden that he was his only friend. Jaden in return gave him the candy off his one extra valentine so his friend could feel a little extra special too. As sad as I am for anyone to have only one friend I'm so proud of Jaden that he is such a good one.

Treasure hunt time!

yummy!

And these pretty things are for me. We also pre ordered Plants Vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2 for our valentine present. Oh and I got pie and donuts for Ryan and the kids. :)

Pinewood Derby

I remember attending my brothers' pinewood derbies they were always so exciting and I loved looking at all the cool and unique cars. So now Jaden gets to do his first pinewood derby and I must say I was bit excited. So I asked him what he wanted to do with his car. Told him we could do almost anything. He said he wanted a flat black car and that was it. "Can I put a flame on it?" I asked him. "No Mom I want it to camouflage at night." "Can I put a silver J on it?" "Mom, NO." We did finally agree on some silver headlights so he could tell which way was the front of his car.  In my mind BORING, but he was happy and painted it oh so black all by himself. :)

Ryan hurried home from Boise to be able to be there for the derby.

At the derby all the racers waved to their fans!

 Here's some fans now. :)
They even had a yummy snack bar with root beer, hot dogs, popcorn, and nachos. This was of course my kiddos favorite part.

Let the races begin!
Jaden is next up!

Jaden's car never did make the loop, but it was fun to watch. (though you can't really see it in this pic cause I'm on the wrong side. :)

 The boys and their cars!

This little R2D2 was my favorite. So cute! and fast too!
I had Jaden model his car for me at home.

Jaden didn't get in the top 3, but he did get this perdy ribbon.

Here's his stat's. He ended up around 10th of 19, but he was having so much fun I'm not sure he noticed what place he was coming in. He really loved his first cubscout pinewood derby.
